Privacy policy
Sudoku My Way is an offline Sudoku game developed by George Algozzini. The app does not require an account and does not transmit your saved games, pencil marks, settings, or personal records to the developer.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your current game, preferences, and gameplay statistics locally so you can resume playing and keep personal records. It has no advertising, tracking code, third-party analytics SDKs, or developer-operated cloud sync.
You can clear records for one difficulty or every difficulty from Statistics. This leaves your current game and settings unchanged. Deleting the app removes its local data; device backups may retain copies according to your Apple backup settings. The developer cannot access or restore your local saved games.
When you contact support
If you email sudokumywaysupport@icloud.com, the developer receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to respond to you and investigate issues, not for advertising. iCloud Mail processes these messages under Apple’s privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your support correspondence at the same address. Information may need to be retained to resolve an ongoing issue or meet legal obligations.
Apple services and TestFlight
Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases under its own policies; the developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide app analytics and diagnostic reports through its developer services according to the applicable Apple settings and policies.
If you use a TestFlight beta, Apple collects testing information, including usage and crash data, and shares relevant information and feedback with the developer. This is separate from the app’s local game storage. See TestFlight & Privacy and Apple’s privacy information.
These support pages
These pages have no advertising, contact form, or analytics added by the developer. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the website. Opening an email link uses your chosen email app.
Changes and questions
